When will my order ship?
The lead time for orders depends on the quantity and type of badge reels ordered. Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take longer, usually around 7-10 business days after design approval. For large bulk orders, please contact us to discuss specific timelines.
What is your return policy?
We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange. Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

My Package Is Missing/ Running Late
MelaninCrafting assumes full responsibility for packages until the tracking indicates they have been delivered. If a shipment is lost, I will replace it for you after the necessary timeframe has elapsed.
USPS Policy Lost Package Timeframes:
- **USA**: Packages are deemed lost after 15 days of no movement or delivery.
- For packages shipped via priority method, they will be insured, and you can file a claim with USPS.
