Welcome to MelaninCraftingCo! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before completing your purchase.

No Refunds or Chargebacks
All sales are final.
MelaninCraftingCo does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
We do not accept chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback will be considered a breach of these Terms of Service.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, MelaninCraftingCo will replace the item within 14 days from the original shipping date, provided that:
- The shipping address provided was accurate and complete.
- The loss or theft is confirmed by the shipping carrier.
- The replacement request is submitted within 14 days of the shipping date.
If the item is out of stock, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Shipping and Delivery
Once an order is shipped, MelaninCraftingCo is not responsible for:
- Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or other uncontrollable events.
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Incorrect addresses cannot be refunded or reshipped without a new order.

Order Protection and Responsibility
We encourage all customers to double-check product details, color choices, and personalization information before checkout.
Optional shipping insurance or delivery confirmation may be available at checkout for added protection. Without this coverage, replacements for lost or stolen packages will follow our 14-day replacement policy above.

Adhesive & Application Disclaimer
MelaninCrafting Co does not claim or guarantee that our adhesive vinyl or UV DTF designs are compatible with water-soluble adhesives, including but not limited to Crystal Lilac or similar products.
Our adhesive vinyl and UV DTF products are intended for use with UV resin or appropriate permanent sealing methods. Use of water-soluble adhesives is at the customer’s discretion and is not covered under replacements or refunds.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, files, and content sold or displayed by MelaninCraftingCo are owned by MelaninCraftingCo.
You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute any designs or files without written permission.
